A: LuMarina uses DHL to ship all purchases. We ship worldwide. After we receive your order, your bag will ship within 24 hours. You will receive your LuMarina bag on / or about seven business days.

Q: Do you offer any shipping discounts for multiple items?
A: Yes, if your order totals $300 or more, DHL ground shipping is free.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We do have a generous refund policy. We offer a money back guarantee within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds include the purchase price only. All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend insuring your shipment, as we will not be responsible for theft, loss, or damage. You must first get an RMA number from our customer service office. Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: Please submit any cancellation via email to luz@lumarinacollections.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Email cancellations must contain the following information: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out afterward, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

Q: What if the bag I want is sold Out?
A: Lumarina is a limited edition product, if is sold out unfortunately handbag will not be reproduce.

In the event that multiple buyers attempt to buy the same limited edition bag, the bag will go to the buyer whose order is placed first. If the bag you order has already been sold, we will notify you as soon as possible so you may make another selection or cancel your order.
